Brand Ambassadors Needed for clients in Deerfield!
CE primary focus is increasing and maximizing our clients’ brand, awareness, exposure, and increasing profitability with lifelong customers. We need to develop 5-8 new Brand Ambassadors to take on a new challenge with us in Deerfield!
In order to uphold our brand management standards and relationship status with our clients, we offer ongoing training; and we work in teams. These roles will involve:
Marketing /Sales: you’ll be responsible for product marketing and advertising materials at events, trade shows, retail centres and other venues. You will be taught sales techniques you can use in every venue worked. There will be sales presentations, product and service knowledge requirements as well. Targets will be set daily and weekly with each campaign.
Brand Management: you’ll be explaining products and services with enthusiasm as you represent our clients and their offers to the public! You will focus on brand awareness of consumers and brand exposure by increasing knowledge of products and services. To create a household name brand.
Customer Service: you’ll be offering general customer service and assistance to customers as/ when needed. Not only that but being an advocate of the brand and brands in competition with our clients so we are able to show differences and importance of purchasing on behalf of clientele we work with. Creating over the top service and customer engagement is what we focus on. We do not focus on making the sale we focus on gaining a lifelong customer for customer acquisition.
Teamwork: we work in teams because it helps new people learn and leads to a better customer experience due to added atmosphere and enthusiasm.
Growth: We’ll need people to advance into leadership and management roles rapidly if we want to continue to expand and diversify our client portfolio. Currently we have added 3 new clients to our list just this year and have expanded our industries.
Development: learn the most desirable/ marketable career skills within your first few months (marketing, sales, recruitment, leadership, administration, client relations, management, human resources, compliance, and business administration )
Travel/ Events: Top performers will have the opportunity to attend black tie events, award ceremonies, regional conferences, gourmet meals, and more throughout the US and Tropical destinations. We also offer department retreats, yearly holiday parties, and off site charity events to give back!

Requirements and Recommendations:
Experience: retail sales, hospitality, call centre, marketing, promotions, administration, recruitment, sport, or similar experience is helpful.
Education: no specific education or qualifications are required, but we do expect you to bring an open mind and be willing to learn new skills.
Skills: basic customer service skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team are essential. Sales skills are helpful
Qualities: outgoing, extroverted people with a sense of humour tend to excel in these roles, but we welcome those willing to expand their comfort zones!

Once you've mastered customer acquisition you will begin to develop your skill-set as a leader and coach by overseeing a small team of 10 individuals overseeing 2 campaigns .
Your job will be to develop and train others in areas of: sales, marketing, and management. As you advance within the company you will continue learning new phases of business management, marketing, sales, communications, and customer acquisition / retention. We are looking to train someone from the entry level into the Market Manager.
You will work within all departments of our dynamic firm, the reason we do this is because we are looking to develop the right individual to help gain new clientele and manage these responsibilities individually. You will have a team of people who report to you once the training phase is completed which is why it is important to know everyone in each department and its functionality.
