On Day 1 as a sales and marketing intern you are given hands on training from experts in the field. You are given hands on experience working with a large fortune 100 campaign handling their local sales profitability & marketing exposure to contribute to the big picture. You are given the tools to work directly with clients and consumers, managing the entire sales pipeline. From there you are also working with our compliance and sales team. Coming up with office operation procedures, training materials, as well as training other sales staff members. You are given all sales training materials, product knowledge, and work directly with the sales manager. During this internship you learn basic sales tactics, managing customer relationships, training, compliance, as well as managing a small team on product launches.
12 week Business Management Internship
Business Management Inters are owners on day 1. With access to cutting edge technology, you will work to create the right solutions that are the most useful for customers. In each of our department roles, you will be asked to build and own end-to-end solutions. Your time here will be spent working with department heads in sales, marketing, HR, Branding & social media, as well as compliance. The best part of this is you get to spend one on one time with the CEO which you can not compare to anything learned in school. You can pick the brain of the CEO with any questions on running a national business.
Spend a few months with us and can come back full time after the completion of your internship. We hire interns into our teams around the US, with most opportunities in Deerfield at our corporate headquarters.
